Equipping tertiary health promotion students with skills and knowledge to contribute meaningfully to the health promotion workforce begins with enhancing their health promotion competence via well-designed curriculum.
To support health promotion practitioners to practice ethically, the Australian Health Promotion Association initiated the Health Promotion Ethics Project (HPEP). HPEP aims to advance the evidence-base for ethical health promotion practice in Australia.
Evaluation of the pilot of the WA Public Health Officer Training Program. The project will be evaluated using a convergent, mixed-methods design comprising interviews, surveys and participant/activity observation.
The aim of the survey is to better understand the profile, and research and evaluation capacity building needs of the workforce involved in the prevention and management of Sexually Transmissible Infections s and Blood-borne Viruses in Western Australia.
